Download Formats

Documents are available in Adobe^® PDF (portable document format), Microsoft^® Word or HTML (HyperText Markup Language). You need the appropriate software installed on your computer to view documents in these formats.

PDF documents

To view PDF documents, you must have Adobe® Reader version 6.0 or a higher version installed on your computer. The Adobe® Reader® is free and may be obtained by clicking on the following graphic and following the download and installation instructions.

Word documents

To view or print Word documents, you must have Microsoft® Word® or the Microsoft® Word Viewer®, which is available for free download at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/000/viewers.htm

Downloading documents

The easiest way to download a document is to right-click over the icon and select 'save target as', then select where you would like to save the document. The user downloads and uses these programs at their own risk.

Opening documents

To open a document, double-click on the document icon.
