  • town planning schemes
  • proclamations, orders in council, notices, resolutions or other instruments which are of limited or temporary operation or application, or not considered to be of general interest.
 

Ceased

This database contains subsidiary legislation (that has been repealed or ceased to have effect. This database is not complete – it only contains information that is available electronically) and is constantly updated. Regulations, rules, etc. and selected legislative instruments will usually be included within 2 working days after they cease to be in force. The database:
