Amendment Act

An Amendment Act is one which exists principally to amend other Acts, i.e. the majority of the Act is dedicated to amending other Acts. The title will contain the word "amendment".
At times principal Acts do amend other Acts, however the amending provisions are only a minor part of the Act.
