Entry of places in the Register of Heritage Places

Amendment to Curtilage of a Permanently Registered Place

The entry in the Register relating to Geraldton Railway Station (fmr), at 75 and 79 Chapman Road, Geraldton (“The Place”) has been amended pursuant to Section 54 of the Act. The reason for the amendment was to amend the land description of the Place in the register to decrease the registered curtilage. The amended land description of the place is: Ptn of Lot 3067 on DP 219949 being pt of the land contained in C/T V 2204 F 7 as to the ptns labelled 'M' on DP 72711.
