    70. Notice of issue or renewal of licence or refusal to do so

    (1) Where the Director-General issues or renews a licence, the Director-General is to cause the applicant to be served, by registered post and no later than 28 days after the decision is made, with written notice setting out the decision.

    (2) Where the Director-General declines to issue a licence, the Director-General is to cause the applicant to be served, by registered post and no later than 28 days after the decision is made, with written notice setting out the decision and the reasons for the decision.

    (3) Where the Director-General declines to renew a licence, the Director-General is to cause the applicant to be served, by registered post and no later than 14 days before the day on which the licence is due to expire, with written notice setting out the decision and the reasons for the decision.
