    20. Infectious skin conditions of customers

    Where a hairdresser attends a customer who is suffering from any infectious or contagious rash or eruption of the face, he shall immediately thereafter immerse all instruments, towels and cloths used on that customer and the coat or overall worn by the hairdresser in a disinfecting solution for not less than 10 minutes.
