Part 7-Contact and mediation licensees


    77. Appeal against refusal, revocation, suspension or terms of licence

    (1) If the Director-General

    (a) refuses an application for a licence or renewal of a licence;

    (b) revokes or suspends a licence; or

    (c) attaches to a licence any condition or restriction that is not acceptable to the licensee,

    the person affected by the Director-General's decision may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision.
