    10. Unbranded stock

    A person who sells by auction or submits for sale by auction any stock, other than goats or the young of any stock not required to be branded, in relation to which the waybill referred to in section 46 of the Stock (Identification and Movement) Act 1970, is not furnished commits an offence.
