73. Notice of suspension, revocation
(1) If the Director-General suspends or revokes a licence, he or she is to cause written notice of the decision to be served on the licensee within 3 working days from the day on which the decision was made, stating the grounds on which the decision was made.
(2) A person who has received notice under subregulation (1) must comply with any directions of the Director-General in relation to delivering up the licence.
Penalty: $2 000.
(3) If a licence is suspended under this regulation it is to be treated as being of no effect during the period of suspension.
