50. Offences as to registration

    A person who

    (a) makes, or causes to be made, any falsification in any matter relating to the Register;

    (b) presents, or causes to be presented, to the Board or the Registrar any forged, false or counterfeit document or other evidence as to his qualifications or experience;

    (c) personates, or wrongfully represents himself as being, the person referred to in any document presented to the Board or the Registrar or in any certificate granted under this Act; or

    (d) makes or produces, or causes to be made or produced, any false or fraudulent statement or representation, either verbally or in writing, for the purpose of procuring registration, whether for himself or for any other person under this Act or upon any application under this Act,

    commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding $2 000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
