    28. Superannuation schemes

    (1) The Governor may, by regulations under section 38, establish superannuation schemes for persons who are working, or have worked, for Employers.

    (2) A scheme, other than a scheme continued by section 29(b), (c) or (d), may provide for the spouses or former spouses of persons who are working, or have worked, for Employers to participate in the scheme.

    (3) In subsection (2) ¾

    }spouse~, in relation to a person, includes a de facto partner of that person.
