4. Power to lease extended

    The power to lease the said lands and hereditaments or any part thereof contained in the Sixth Section of the said lastmentioned Act 3 may be exercised by the said Diocesan Trustees for any term of years, notwithstanding the limit of 7 years thereby imposed.
