    34. Restriction on employment of person whose name is erased from register

    A person shall not employ a person whose name is erased from the register or whose licence is cancelled or for the time being suspended under the provisions of section 32 in any capacity in the business or at the pharmacy where the latter person is carrying on business or is employed at the time of the relevant determination of the Council or the State Administrative Tribunal.
