51. Offences as to disqualified persons

    Any registered psychologist who, without the written consent of the Board, or otherwise than in accordance with such conditions as the Board may impose, knowingly employs or remunerates, in connection with any psychological practice, any person who has had his name removed from the Register or who is suspended from practice, commits an offence.
